When it comes to your average daily IM business, what do you focus most of your time on? Please no porn, or gaming responses, want business related.

    Building backlinks and communicating with customers. Writing articles goes quickly, videos take minutes... it's all the stuff afterward that takes time.

    Obviously, #1 is Marketing. However, that comes in various forms. I spend most of my time on customer service but providing excellent service is marketing. It's also the reason I think people do business with me. They're blown away by the attention I give them.

    After customer service, I spend most of my time on product creation.

    Jv partners. I spend about 6 hours a day seeking out new partners to help build my lists and grow my business. This way Once my list is big enough I can just sit back and relax and send out emails every few days.

    Not the actual activities, but the fact that majority of time is spent just on 1 or 2 activities.
