Plenty of fish

Hi i'm hoping someone can help me.
I have just recieved a second direct debit from my credit card from plenty of fish.com in Vancouver.
Now let me make it clear i did join plenty of fish a couple of months ago but not to find a partner , it was because i purchased a program that used plenty of fish as a way of advertising your products (because of the high traffic) Now i'm sure i cancelled my plenty of fish account and it wouldn't be 1oo a month anyway, but im still have this money taken out of my account.. i'm guessing it is from the company that i bought my product from but for the life of me i cant remember what is was ., has anyone bought anything in recent months where plenty of fish is one of the chief ways of making money .
if so can you please tell me the name of the product and as soon as i see or here the right one I will know.

    I am not sure what program you bought, but you might have signed up as an advertiser with a long-running account, ie $100 worth of clicks per month.

      Bill thank you .. i must admit im like so many trying plenty of products ect .. You could be right, are you suggesting that would be through plenty of fish, because I have cancelled my account I did that about two months ago.

    I have only looked at advertising with them. I have never actually purchased advertising with them.

    But I would think if your card was billed by plenty of fish.com. then they still think it is an active account, even though you thought you cancelled.

    I would recommend contacting them to get it corrected.

    Hello, I think the best you can do is contact your bank to stop the guys from cutting your money is you are not sure how to go about it

    I would say contact your credit card and tell them you can't recognize this payment. They will contact the other company and make you talk to their support. You can then get whatever program down
