Article Distribution Sites

Hey guys been a while since I been on been busy setting up some new sites and learning a new online business industry, sold out of the E-commerce one for now. I outsourced article distribution to 10 sites, and put two articles on each of those sites, it cost me $45 in just a week for those articles. I was looking at some distribution sites and I came across a few, average costing me 50 bucks a month.

It's important that I get the links where those articles are posted so I can boost them increasing their link values, are there any particular services that anyone out there is happy with? Would love to hear your thoughts, thanks for your time.

    Hi Jeff,

Personally I've found that just posting it on EzineArticles manually is worth more than paying for submissions to all these obscure sites. Reason being that as you have correctly observed, having submissions to these sites and links coming back to your page means nothing if you can't ping the backlinks and tell Google that they are there.

When you post it up on EZA, you not only get a high quality backlink from them, you also get syndicated links from relevant, decent PR ranking sites in your niche. So if I were you, I'd save myself the trouble and the cash, and just focus on EZA submissions instead. 80-20 rule applies here

There are several tools that can get URLs from Google and other search engines.

However, for those that are not yet indexed by Google, that I'm not sure.
Some tools will also report to you the link where your articles are posted.

Some of the tools from the top of my head includes:

    SEnukeX, Scrapebox, SEO Spyglass.

This service is very long-established, highly successful and run by a senior and well respected Warrior. More than that, I've heard a lot of good things about it and never heard anything bad (which is very unusual!).

My own "best advice" is to beware of services which appear to be based on "quantitative approaches". Success in article marketing is about getting high quality articles in front of highly targeted traffic. It isn't about "numbers of backlinks".

@Thadbong I agree with the ezine articles being the go to submission source, but I found lately it's been a pain in the ass waiting for them to accept articles. I always send articles over there first and have a list of 15 article directories that always get indexed by Google. Just like with let's say suppliers, never rely on one thing in business, if they go under then your sol, the same goes with article directors imo. I appreciate your feedback.

@Mary I like that idea of scrapeboxing the urls to find the links if I am not given a list, if I am paying for a service, I expect the list to come with it. I had senukex for a few months and have extensive training on some techniques but they never supplied urls for their article directories. I decided to stay away from robot submissions for when Google catches onto that stuff in the future. That's for your feedback you had some good ideas

@Alexa thanks for your source, I will take a look and see if it's what I am looking for. I agree 100% it's all about quality and consistency not quantity.
