What do I need to create/design awesome popover webforms?

Hey Warriors!

I love aweber and use it daily for over 50 lists but I want to start taking my popover forms to the next level by making them custom designed, inserting eCover graphics into them, custom colors/theme, etc..

Do I need software for this? Can someone direct me to the right place? I want to use aweber to collect the leads but am looking to create popover webforms more advanced and appealing then what they offer.
