Registering with the ico for autoresponders
Can any warriors (especially uk warriors as this is uk based from my understanding) tell me if it is necessary to sign up with the information commissioner's office website when email marketing. At the start I only plan to collect first names and emails.
On a second point is it acceptable to use a p.o box for the address as I have family at my home address and don't wish to display my home address on emails.
