need help getting my head around Bookmarking Demon

Just purchased this bit of software, have read a few guides, watched the tutorial videos, read the forums and feel like my head is about to explode, let me put down in steps what i have learned and you can tell me if im on the right track

Project

Create a project for one website.

Accounts

1 - Obtain gmail accounts, either create or buy (100+)
2 - Enter email accounts into BMD, either by csv file or manually one at a time
3 - Create accounts with the sites listed in BMD, each email account will create accounts on all sites. So if you have 100 email accounts + 100 sites you will have create 10,000 accounts.

My Links

1 - Gather all links that are linking to your money site and its inner pages. You can find these links by scraping your site in scrapebox or using a site such as backlinkwatch.com

Common Links to bookmark

Web 2.0's
Articles submitted to article directories
Directory submissions
Blog comments
Profiles
....you get the idea

BMD should be seen as an indexing tool more than just simply a backlink creation tool. BMD will help get all these types of links listed above indexed in SE's.

2 - Add these links by clicking on the 'add/import webpages' button > paste in links (1 per line) > Click OK.

RSS & Camouflaging

Once you have added your own links you are going to need some other links to add into the mix to make your profile on these bookmarking sites look more natural. To do this you must find some rss feeds that are updated at least 3-5 times per day - yahoo news, mtv, bbc news etc all have rss feeds.

1 - Go to Dashboard > Preferences > Randomization - then at the bottom you will see the box to enter your rss feeds

*i need advice on what settings to use on this randomization page. I dont know what settings are best


Bookmark Queue

So we have added our own links and we have added the rss feed to also pull bookmarks from to camouflage our activity better.

1 - Now we are ready to click on 'Add my web pages to queue'

BMD will scan through all the links including the rss feed ready to compile the queue. In my experience this can take a long time.

Once finished you will be left with a list of links ready to be bookmarked.

2 - Click 'Start'


What happens next?

I need help understanding what happens after this-

1 - BMD will submit all links to all site under each user account

or

2 - BMD randomly picks urls to bookmark at each site under each user account. Is there a chance it could submit a link from the rss feeds and not one of my links???
