Flippa Going Haywire For You??

The past 3 hours have seen all my messages, except from one buyer, lost on Flippa.

I was talking to one person via messages one minute, and the next, all gone. I still got email notifications. The person confirmed this too.

Other things are going crazy on Flippa as well; and I have a lot of auctions ending soon.

Anyone else experiencing this??

    flippa guys implements changes quite frequently and adding/removing many features which sometime results in bugs and since their site has got tons of traffic, they cant implement and cross check everything by any offline method. it could be the reason you experienced those lags

      Thanks for your reply but as a PHP programmer, what you just said has no merit whatsoever, you're plain wrong. "they cant implement and cross check everything by any offline method", actually, almost everything, particularly their site, can be tested offline with dummy records.

      Again thanks for your response but I'm not really looking for an explanation of why it happened, as I can understand why, but rather to see if it's just me and the guy I sold to or if it is affecting large numbers of people.

        We had a brief issue on Flippa.com where the messages were appearing in the sales discussion section but not in your inbox. We jumped on it pretty fast and rolled out a fix. It should now all be working properly. Be sure to let us know if not.
