Time to optimize.. live support..

Hi,

I'm spending a few days optimizing one of my old sales pages. It's not a standard ClickBank long sales page style product but a proper website with many pages. Outside of the marketing and MMO niche as well.

Has anyone use live support?

Which one is recommended?

Did you see an increase in conversions?

Is there one that lets me set up accounts for my outsourced staff?

    I have used Liveperson in the past and find them ok. But from the other side, i.e. using tech support as a buyer, they are worse than useless in a lot of cases.

      One product yes, why would this create any difference?

      My buyers do have questions before buying, I'm sure of that.

      I'll check out LivePerson. Olark.com looks good but a bit pricey.

    I think most live paid live support system offers multi - accounts for your staff

    I tried livezilla, but personally didn't like it since it seems so complicated.

    I used Kayako before. They have a live support module that i liked.

    The only downside is the support module client is not available for mac, and i had to ditch it after i moved to mac.
