Christmas site help

Hello everyone,

Well, earlier this year I decided to kill two birds with one stone on IM things I needed to get to but hadn't tried yet.

-making a site geared towards the Christmas shopping season
-selling something I am completely not interested in but know to be in demand.

Usually I make sites that are within my comfort zone..things I am interested in, have knowledge of etc...

So I have made a toy site that hopefully will capitalize on the upcoming shopping season. The toy i have picked is popular, but not crazy saturated and I think if I can get some traffic I might be in good shape.

Here are my comments/questions:

1. Christmas shopping has most likely already begun, I need to make progress on traffic for this site quickly. I am looking to have regular daily traffic by the first week or two in November, and even that is a bit late.
2. I have just purchased some back link packages to get things started.

3. So the most important question I have, is what can I do right now, to ensure that for at least a month to a month and a half around Christmas I have some good solid traffic coming to my toy site? I figure I have three to four weeks to obtain said traffic. By the way, I am not interested in paid traffic for this site.

-suggestions?
