need help from cpa marketers? (zip submit and email adresse offers promoting)

I have been studying cpa now for 6 months but i got a couple of problems with promoting them could someone help me ? i got a lot of problems because i dont now how to promote zip or email submits.

i would like to start with email or zip submits but i dont have a good website and dont have a high budget to buy traffic i would like to promote with free traffic does any body have sugesstions????

the major problems i have i dont now how to get good tragetted traffic (i seen a couple of methods as buying adspace from websites does anyone now a forum or a site to get easy contact with these sites ????

also i heard from posting on forums and blogs can someone tell me where you go for looking for big forums that allow a singature links? or do you need to sing up on each forum to now if they allow it?or how do you find sites with the major of the traffic us ?


i live in belgium so offline marketing isnt possible

    I've done CPA email zips and polls.

    The ones that converted was free chance to win Ipod/Ipad or walmart gift cards.
    But the issue is that the payout is really low..nothing more that $3.

    Stay away from adwords PPC or Facebook.

    I have used Bidvertiser PPC because of the low click cost and traffic did convert.

    Also I highly advise you to check out the CPA section in this forum.
