Three Weeks and $651.53

Ok,

Just an update on my experiment/progress with writing articles. (And actually it is not quite yet three weeks, but, still, pretty close )... ANYways...

I basically wanted to see how much money I could make simply writing articles, and so far have made about $651.53, for about 60 hours work (that includes the writing/research/etc,etc) ... SO... that works out to roughly $10.86/hour... I know it's not necessarily 'sexy', but I guess does show that yes, you can make money from writing articles... but you basically just have to sit down and do it... You do actually have to "work" a bit, but, it turns out you can make money from doing this...

Anyways, hope this post helps those looking for inspiration on whether you can make money through the internet, and an idea of how much effort you might need to put forth to see those kinds of results...!

      Haha, thanks... yes, as a matter of fact, I am sitting here in my shorts/no shirt, looking outside at the beautiful sunshine, with my feet up.

    The time that you have to invest from this point forward should be far less....

    If you think about it, you already have your research out of the way and have probably picked up a couple tricks along the way to research quicker and more efficiently.

    Not to mention the fact that some of the articles that you already have out there are bound to get some traction and start pulling in revenue without you having to do anything else.

    I here I was thinking that $75 for the month was good. Nice job! Hopefully those articles will continue to pay off for you over the long-term.

    I would be interested to see how they pay off 3, 6 or even 12 months later.

    Ah thanks -- actually -- this is for writing 'paid' articles (i don't get to use these in the future ) I wanted to get used to the whole idea of writing articles first... now that I am starting to 'get' how it works, I will probably start doing my own articles (submitting those to directories, etc), to see what kind of response that yields... (that's I guess why I said the above method wasn't necessarily 'sexy', because you need to write to get paid ) (so basically you do get to a point where you are getting paid an 'hourly' rate, part of the reason I've been keeping track so I know what my 'effective' hourly rate writing paid articles would be)...

    But thanks for the encouragement, I appreciate that

    Sorry Johnathan. I misunderstood. Still, I think your results are quite good. If I could do that enough times, I would not have to work 60 hours weeks to pay the bills.

      Ah, no problem, (actually -- that is my next step, 'passive' income generation, making at least $75/month if not more... I kind of wanted to hone my article writing skills first, and the bonus is I got paid $10.86/hour to do it )

    Great starting point Johnathan. Keep doing it for cashflow and start adding a few of your own ( that you control and oiwn )...add an ever increasing percentage of your own and you'll get the best of both worlds. Congrats for having a go...
