Where Do I start? Selling Autoblogs

I am a newbie who bought some websites and now have decided that I would rather create and sell on Flippa than own. I have been reading threads that many people have Virtual assistants who create blogs for them.
Where can I hire someone who can create autoblogs for me to sell on Flippa?
Whats a fair rate?
Do I buy the plugins myself?

    Depends on what type of quality you are after.

    Yes and if you are going to sell the sites you will need a developers licence with those plugins

    You will need to invest some money in developer's licenses for the themes you use and for any commercial plugins you use.

    As for fair price, depends entirely on the quality of the blog. Some are great looking and some are very plain and ordinary that I've seen on Flippa. I wouldn't pay anything for the ugly ones, as you can do that just by clicking on Fantastico in your cpanel hosting.

    If you want to make good money on Flippa, you might want to consider creating some sites with unique content and getting some traffic and Adsense income going. Sites with revenue sell very well on Flippa.

    your sites will need to show earnings for you to make any money on FLippa.... its pretty easy to build a site that does not make any money.
