Policies for Websites

So I know this must have been answered somewhere on here before, but I just cannot find it so would appreciate some help.

I am creating websites that will have a combination of adsense, amazon, ebay, or overstock products on them (not all at the same time). I am wondering what policies I will need to have on my website. I would assume I need a privacy policy, but are there other policies I need for affiliate marketing stating that I am an affiliate of the products I am trying to sell or such.

Also, where can I find templates or wordpress plugins for these policies that I need. I know that at one point people were saying that easy privacy policy plugin for Wordpress was good, but I can't find it when I search for it so I assume it is no longer available.

I really want to get these websites posted, but I don't want to do so without the appropriate documentation. Any help would be appreciated.

You can get a free TOS/Privacy Policy generated here bennadelDOTcom/coldfusion/privacy-policy-generator.htm
Sorry cant post links so you'll have to copy paste and change "DOT" to "."

    Hope that helps,

Well it depends how seriously you want to take your business. Those plugins may not be the best legal wise. I myself use - AutoWebLaw which was done by an actual attorney.
