I have just started a new weight loss site and I intend to increase my traffic through free press releases. I just would like to know from you all which are the free pr sites you have tried and how much traffic you have obtained from them. Is it really worth trying or is it just a wastage of time? So far I haven't tried this method as a source of traffic generation. Hence, I am asking this question.
