Henry Ford Marketing?

Morning,

While I was waiting for the 9+ hours for the Korean Kpop concert to start yesterday, I made sure to bring my Bell Labs notebook so I'd have a place to sketch out my next product.

As is my habit, I started reviewing my past 5-6 years of experiences, and remembered the trip I had taken with my family to the Henry Ford museum.

Now, Henry Ford was the first industrialist to create/master assembly-line manufacturing....the idea that huge amounts of interchangeable parts could be made and then the final product created on one fell swoop at the end.

ie, something like:

One thought led to another that led to another that led to 483 others and brought me to this.

Wouldn't it be really neat to be able to create infoproduct components you could mix and match and then run 'em thru an assembly line...that would pop out a complete product at the end?

I think it's quite feasible - every Niche has *some* generalization you could extract. ie,

Make a blog in focused on NICHE
Create a free report in NICHE
NICHE forums you can visit

etc.etc.etc. And once you have your base article, you could then run it thru a FIND/REPLACE and replace

NICHE

with, well, the name of the niche.

What do you think?

It is tough to do with an info product, because if people buy your first one, then see other parts in another, they may feel somewhat cheated the second time around.

      Good point, but consider the

      Niche This PLR/Blog package

      and

      Niche That PLR/Blog package

you see in the WSOs and such.

The framework is the same, the niche content is what differs.

I read a great quote by Henry Ford the other day:

"If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person's point of view and see things from that person's angle as well as from your own."

    Says it all, really.

    Wow, Great quote.
It seems we sometimes forget the simplest things
    when mass marketing.

Ask your list what questions they would really like to
have answered that they can't seem to find on there own.

Then provide them (give them what they asked for).
I bet they would pay a fair price for answers they could not find elsewhere.
