Hi,

I'm going to be marketing affiliate programs by creating a review of the
products with a screen capture program like camtasia.

What software programs & marketing techniques work doing this.

I was told that youtube tracks your ip address & a lot of software
dos not work anymore.

Hmmm. I'm not sure I understand your question. But I here's the question. Whose formula is this? Are they making money with it already? Do you have proof?

The last think you want to do, unless you already make a full time living online, is experiment. There are many proven methods out there that already make people lost of money online, including me. Why try to invent something new and take a risk of wasting time and prolonging the day when you can finally quit your day job?

The question is simple what works & what doesn't

Whats the best software to use for uploading
videos etc.

Have you done this your self, if so what software did you use.

  have been written about what works and what doesn't regarding
  video marketing.
  
  The simple answer is... provide compelling content. Doing so isn't
  necessarily simple...

  Im not sure if this is what you are looking for but here goes...
  
  If you are looking for places to upload videos to, there are a ton. youtube,blip,daily motion,google video, yahoo video, graspr, metacafe,myspace, ustream, veoh video, and viddler just to name a few.
  
  They all can be used for different purposes. I actually use all of them for my SEO videos, but for example, in one of my membership sites i use viddler because you can make it 100% private.
  
  Software to make the videos: you can buy camtasia, and if you look around you can probably find cam studio for free. Im sure there are many others too.
  
  Programs to blast the videos to all the sharing sites at once:
  tubemogul - free
  traffic geyser - paid

youtube only allows a certain number of accounts
for each ip address.

I plan on creating different accounts for commenting on videos
& different niches etc.

  If you want to use different accounts to reply to other videos, then you are limited to where those videos are posted. if you want to reply to a video on youtube, but are "out of accounts" then you are stuck because you cant do it with a viddler account...

That explains it pretty good thanks, sometimes we make more
out of it than what it is.

Here's what I plan on doing to today & see how it goes.

1. Download cam studio & learn to use it.

2.Review a affiliate program using cam studio &
optimize for my main keyword.

3.Create accounts at the video sites

4.Promote it with my main keyword by using tubemogul

Is that a good plan for doing it.
