Audio Software tool that can track when visitors play your audio???

I was wondering if anyone knows any audio software tool that can not only embed your audio files on your web pages but can also track when any website visitor plays your audio?
I'm not sure such a software exist already, but I was thinking that if there was a way to track the hits coming to your website, how about tracking how many times your embedded audio file is played. I do not want to set it on autoplay when someone lands on my website, but I just want to know if the audio helps in my conversions or maybe I should remove it?
