Youtube Partnership/Adsense Question

Hello, It seems I'm lucky today I just got an email from youtube saying I could link my adsense account to my youtube account .

So I went to check how this works.. and I see the monetization tab:

You have to select what content is your video about, video game, movie, music, concert, images etc

So I wanted to select some of my videos but before doing so I wanna make sure everything is alright, because it says to add a description of the video and if we own the rights to distribute it or for commercial use. (and that if the video is refused they could delete it aswell)

So before adding all my videos and seeing them get deleted I wanted to make sure.


So for example if I want to monetize a music or video game video I must own the special commercial rights on the content ? or can I just go on and select it ..

I remember seeing alot of gameplay videos with ads on it so I was wondering, I doubt these guys own any of the right to distribute or make money with the video game footage they use but I wanted to make sure before I do it.

So my question is, how do you deal with this description thing with the video you monetize ?

What do you type there ?

If you send too much videos that gets refused and/or deleted, is there a risk for your adsense account to get banned ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
