Newbie Help - Quick Paypal Question!

Hey forum!

I have a quick question: when I want to buy an eBook through paypal, the payment processor uses my money in my bank account, even though I have money in my paypal acount.

How can I prevent paypal from taking money from my bank account? I want it to use the fund I have in my paypal account.

Any suggestions?

Thank you =D

Weird.. After linked paypal with local bank paypal should deduct money from paypal account not local bank account except there's no money in paypal account.

That makes no sense. If you have funds in your paypal account it will always pay first... unless your paypal account is frozen.

I buy things with my PayPal account and it always uses the funds first. Why not remove your card from the account?

There's usually a check box in the check out process that asks you if you want to change payment method.

The really weird thing is that your PP account has funds - haven't run into that yet. Maybe call Pay Pal.

Contact the support from Paypal and ask them to take a look at your account. Tell them what is happening and I am sure they can fix it for you.

If you have money in your PayPal account you can pay directly from that account, your bank account should be linked to your PayPal account as a backup.

    Good luck!
