Twitter "Keyword Tracking" Question
Hi!
Say I want to use a software to be alerted when someone sends a tweet with a specific keyword, say, "rainbow cats", just to spice things up.
Would I be able to @The-person-that-tweeted and they see my @ tweet, or do they have to be following me to see that message?
