Suggestion for a WP Plugin

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm looking for a WP Plugin that offers a Customizable PopUp Form, which I can use to fill up my email subscription form code (from feedburner or other).

The popup should be visible one time per session of the site. Viz: should not open at every page refresh but should open everytime someone visited my site or closed & reopened my site.

Is there any plugin available for this??

I use Digi List Builder and also Pop Up Domination. I guess the first of them will get you what you want... just Google it.
