How to know if bought youtube views wont get you in trouble?

so i have a new site and forum that i am trying to get going. part of that involves getting views for my videos, etc. well i have a ton of money on fourerr saved up that i want to use to get views. my main concern is that my site is a legit site that actually serves a purpose. it isnt a site built just to make money. therefore getting it banned through adsense would not be something i want to do.

so anyone know how i can find out if any of these guys are gonna get me into trouble? just asking them is not something i want to do. they dont care if they lie. thanks in advance for any advice

    You already have your answer - don't use people who are using dodgy tactics that can get you banned.

    Just bite the bullet and do the work yourself or using someone you can trust.
