1st potential client through barter

Okay so I posted an ad on craiglist to barter my IM services for an used car. Today I just received an email from a dealer asking me to call him today.

my question is how should I approach him?

What would you do in this scenario?

I just googled his location and found that he is over 60 miles away

I have a barter contract etc. but if this happens he would be my 1st client.

    Give him a call. See what he's after and the value of it and what he's willing to offer you in exchange.

    The only way 60 miles away will be an issue is when you have to collect the car. Many offline marketers I know have clients all over the world so you don't need to be near him to do work for him.

    Call him up, ask him what he wants and how you can help. Listen to him, ask questions to find out more and then you can give him an estimate of what your services are worth, e.g. $xxx up front and $xxx per month and then you can go from there.
