How to capture live webinar

Anyone know an easy way to capture a live webinar and save it as a video to watch later? There are two webinars happening tonight at the same time and I can't watch both and get a real grip of what's being said. I'd like to record one and watch it later since they aren't going to offer a replay later.

    yes you can try "Sourceforge" and download Camstudio and record your webinar.
