OK Guys...i'm worried!

Hello gentleman, i'm new here ... ; )

Look, the thing is: i'm running my first e-business venture, operating in the fitness niche. I'm online for 22 days and i've 639 subscribers in my list of prospects. It's all going well (i guess), but i have five questions to point out up here:

1°) 639 ( 30 new subscribers per day , min.) - it's that a good number of subs, for a business that's online for 22 days?

2°) I've 34 Unsubscribes till now. I know that you can't make every single person on earth like your business,but...it's that an acceptable number?

3°) Every time that i send a broadcast message (i use aweber) , i get that complaint yellow mark. It go from 0.16 to 0.67%, depending of the message . According to Aweber, my complaint level should be below 0.1%,so... why it's that happening everytime and what can i do about it?

4°) MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: I think that i'm going pretty well with my daily subscribe growth ... but my social network operation it's going' pretty weak. I have jus' 20 followers on twitter, for exemple. Every message that i sent to my prospects, i put a link to my twitter, but they jus' dont follow me.SO,how can integrate my business to Social Network in a dynamic and effective way? ( i know it's a complex question, What i asking for it's suggestions of methods that you guys use ; ) )

5°) I got a lot of subscribers, but the feedback from them it's weak. I'm afraid that when i launch my product (it will be ready to go in a month), it will not make a good revenue from the list. What can i do to make my prospects more active?

Jus' like you've noticed, i'm new in this e-marketing world. I'm a 19 years old, that jus opened his very first e-business company (yeah, it's a real company - it's based in my bedroom, but have the balls to go big! ) and with a lot of questions! You guys will see me up here very often!

Thank you very very much for you support

    It depends -

How are you obtaining your subscribers? from what sort of traffic? you offering them something free to get them on your subscriber list? what sort of broadcast are you sending and how often?

34 unsubscribes, with 639 is not a bad number, you are going to have unsubscribes.

The bottom line is you need to offer your subscribers value with your messages, not email them to much, once you have gained that trust you will have a better conversion on your sales.

30 a day is a good start for someone brand new -

    What I do:

Offer free report, or something of value to get them to subscribe.

1st e-mail contains the link to the free report, etc as well as an introduction of who am I am, a little bit about my self (letting them know I am human) and thanking them for being a subscriber

1-2 days later, I offer them something else free, preferably something I have branded with my affiliate link (providing more value) and send it to them as an "unexpected freebie" for being my subscriber..

1-2 days later, I will pitch a product

2 days later some more valueable information to do with the niche..

After this initial onslaught of e-mails, I usually keep my contact with my list at most 3 times a week, it all depends.

There are a thousand ways to skin a cat, just find out what is working and what is not.

The bottom line, you don't want to over attack your list, but you don't want them to forget about you.

      yes that a fantastic start

      34 unsubs isnt bad either

try looking at what you sending! Once people are signed up you want to set up your auto responder to send them cool free info. If you just go in with the kill trying to sell them things you can get complaints like you getting!

Ive always found the more followers you have the quicker it grows, just keep twitting and you will get there

I would say you're doing pretty well overall. Just be sure not to bombard your list with emails too often. Every once in a while is ok. Try and offer a free product now and then to keep them subscribed.

How did they sign up - was it for abs, or nutrition ? Fat or muscle niche ? What kind of emails are you sending ? If I signed up on your site for muscle stuff and you email me about losing fat Im going to unsubscribe and MANY will complain.

I think you need to focus on connecting with your list - when they sign up for whatever start delivering content and value ask for a sale later and watch your sales soar.

Try the ARM course its amazing!
