Amazon niche site products.

I want to take a look at a Amazon niche product, as i'd like to maybe have a go at this. I know you have to diversify your income and after doing affiliate marketing for a few months, I think i'd prefer Amazon sites.

What would you recommeded as a good newbie starter course.

I seen a good product yesterday, but I stupidly forgot to bookmark it.

I can remember it was $27, it had a step-by-step beginners course, an advanced course, a great Amazon theme and a few other features.

Thanks
fin

    You don't need a course.

Find a product you like and do some keyword research on it.

If you find good search and low competition, set up a review site on your product.

Use wordpress and write 10 articles around your product. You can even review other similar products.

Amazon only pays 4% so if you want to make decent money try to find a product that sells for at least $1K.

I know I don't need a product but i'd still like one to make sure I'm covering all the bases + it comes with a good amazon theme, which I don't have. Also, for $27 it's worth it for me.

I don't need to become a millionaire. I'd just like a nice income, so if I can make £2 from a sale, plus have 500 sales through 10 sites per month, I'd consider myself lucky.

Yes mate, I've searched around the WSO's but can't find the one I was looking for.

I've seen a few other good ones aswell, so was just after a recommendation. If someone knows of the one I was after, i'd appreciate it.

      Hi Fin,

I know you've already found the product you're looking for, but let me suggest one to you.

It's from Erica Stone (Sojourn)...a very respected authority when it comes to physical product marketing here on the forum (especially through Amazon). I've purchased the product myself, and I highly recommend to others.

Her review structure is simply magnificent and she teaches in a no-hype, down-to-earth tone. She's a splendid woman and she knows her stuff!

I can't post a link because my post count is too low. Therefore, just do a basic search on the forum for "extreme reviewer". The 3rd listing down will say this:

[AMAZON] Extreme Review - Extra $15K+ from 1 site?! Build HIGH-RANKING, CASH-EARNING Review Sites!

Just to clarify.....Amazon commissions START at 4% and increase depending on number of products sold each month. And it probably isn't a good idea to start with $1,000 items. I'd venture to say it would be easier to sell 10 $100 items than 1 $1,000 item. And it is 9 more sales so you are also increasing your commission rate.

There are several good WSOs that can get you started as well as other products mentioned in the forums but sold elsewhere. If you haven't already settled on one take the time to look around. See which method you might feel most comfortable with. I've bought several but I'm trying to discipline myself to stick to one approach and not jump from one method to another.

That said, like Tyler, I can recommend Erica Stone's Extreme Review (search for Sojourn and check her signature).

        Peace

Yeah there's a ton of courses out there that can definitely teach you how to make money with amazon affiliates, but just stick to the forum and you'll literally learn everything for free.

You're already smart enough to be a member here! lol

A solid tip I've found is to try to buy the domains of exact product names and then rank them in Google, and build a website surrounding that one product.

So if you were selling say (And I'm making this product up) a Nikon Super Duper Shot XZ4592

then you would buy that domain!
    rank it!
make a youtube video about it and rank that to, point a link back to your main website and then just dominate two spots in Google for your product review and sell the crap out of that.

Because if people are specifically searching for a product, that's HIGHLY TARGETED TRAFFIC and you know it's a a buyers market.

Also make sure whatever you're selling either has a HUGE search volume and costs over $50, or has an okay search volume and sells for say $500 a piece. Makes no sense put in a ton of work and then not get anything in return, or at least low numbers.

    hope this helps!

    cheers!

This isn't exactly good advice and unless you want trouble with product manufacturers for using their product names in your domains I wouldn't suggest anyone to follow it.

Yes, you might be able to rank a domain fairly easily using this tactic but there's a reason for it...not many do it because it's not a good idea!

There are a number of quality courses for learning how to make money with Amazon so that you can make the most of the upcoming holiday season. The keys to making money with Amazon and the holidays are getting ranked for hot-selling stuff before it's all over t.v., so there's less competition and less work for you. Once it starts being advertised is when the sheer volume of traffic will bring in big bucks for you. Also, it helps if you promote higher-priced products.

The cool thing about Amazon is that there is a built-in trust factor. You don't really need to "sell" stuff to them. Heck, I do all of my holiday shopping from Amazon and will often purchase from other marketers when I like their stuff. I also buy stuff year around that I don't need immediately from there. I'm just not one to stand in lines and stuff if I don't have to. The prices are about the best you're gonna get, too.

    Good luck,
    Joey

You want to check out "Super Affiliate Guy" It takes Amazon
affiliate marketing to the next level.

You basically get ranked for an in demand product and then cross sell
them with a related Click bank product. It's a great course.
