Approximate CPC

Hi, I just need a little advice please. When doing research in google keywords were it says CPC do i look for a high cost. Example: Aproximate CPC £4.26. Is higher better? Thanks!

    It depends on what you want to do, if you want people to click on your adsense ads on your site then the higher the better, but if you want to drive visitor to your site through pay per click then the lower the better.

    avg CPC varies from content to content and from country to country. high paying adsense niche gives more revenue. My website has avg CPC is 0.2 dollars
