Amazon Associates Question

I recently signed up with Amazon Associates and I was given a tracking ID.

Can I use that tracking ID on any website (like Adsense) or does Amazon have to give me a new tracking ID for every site?

Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure you can use it on any site.

Yes, you can use the same ID for multiple sites. If you try signing up using the same email address, they'll let you know right there. I don't know anywhere else on the site that they tell you this information. Hope I helped

You can use it on any site - but you can also set up more specific IDs to help you track your amazon sales. I use a different one for each of my websites to see which campaign is most successful.

You can also use their links in emails and blog posts, which is where I get almost half my Amazon sales.

I have one more question, how much can you make per a sale. I am new and only making 4%, what is the maximum?

Oscar -- create a new ID per site so you know which ones are hot performers! As for making more -- go into your associate's area and you'll find the performance payment scale. You need to sell a high volume to get a higher fee per sale. Definitely go through the help section in the associate's area because it will answer all of your questions.
