If you go posting CPA or clickbank offers here, you won't be around long enough to see any results.

80 bucks-Just through signature in a forum? OK, I can't really ballpark a number but let's talk sales-wise. It is hard for a total newbie to come in to a forum, and expect a number of sales to happen immediately just by sig posting.

IMHO- I don't think that is a typical result a forum newbie should expect. If you have 10,000 posts and you are one of the esteemed members, then sure.. Your posts are revered and people will be clicking your links the moment they see it.

But if you are starting out- I will say its pretty darn hard as most people wont even notice you. Typically, you are going to get the "scraps" of the traffic.. then you need to convert the clicks into traffic depending on your offer and your sales page skills, and your pricing. Then there is the credibility and branding issue- i.e people are hesitant to buy from a stranger.

I am not saying that a newbie can't make a dime through sig posting- but don't expect immediate bucks to flow in as that's not realistic unless you have a history or name in the industry.

If you ask me- the best thing to do is get a squeeze page, collect the optins, provide great value in your AR, and then promote a product. This is a much better way than posting a direct link to a salespage.

I think that you're going to have a hard time forum marketing CPA and Clickbank offers, even if they are in your signature. A lot of forums deal with what they consider to be spam quickly and concisely with a near instant ban.

I think you need to really have a solid presence in any forum to be making that kind of money and you should be selling some stuff that members buy from you.

I make about 80% of my income either directly or indirectly from this very forum...

Also, other forums in this niche and some in other niches - I even have a few forums of my own

But I don't use CPA - I just use good old fashion list building and product creation...

Well if you pay for traffic by any means on a given forum, then you can rightfully use it. There is nothing wrong with that.
