Help with PayPal - Payment Buttons, Adjusting Limits and More

Hey Guys:
I am requesting some help/advice here.

I have been thinking about this for quite some time now and i still cannot make a decision and it is clear that i need some advice.

1st. I am Jamaican and the limit on my personal account is US $2,500 which is perfectly fine for now as i don't make that much cash as yet. The thing is that right now i am using one of my personal email accounts to accept payments and i would love to have that changed.
How can i do this?
Do i need to create a new PayPal account?
Is that allowed?

The next thing is that i would love to add a PayPal button to my website as i want to start to promote my services more to generate sales. . I have been watching some videos on this and i have a friend that will do it for me today or whenever i want.
Do i need a business account?
Can I use my own email account?

What are my risks of using PayPal? I ask this because i have read that some people have had their accounts frozen by PayPal and that scares me and i do not wish or that to happen to me.

I know that i am just starting out and i am not mega rich or anything i just want to be informed and safe with my information.

Also because i am not a US citizen will i be prevented from doing this?

Please advise.

If i have more questions i will ask.

    You take a big risk of having your funds frozen for around 6 months or so by using a Personal Paypal account, rather than a Premier or Business one. I wouldn't do it. Upgrade to premiere first and then create Paypal buttons.

    And you can add on another email ... someone in your account links.

    Can I have multiple PayPal accounts?

    Yes. You can have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. You can add more email addresses, debit or credit cards, and bank accounts to your account, but each account must have its own email address and financial information. You can also upgrade your Personal account to a Premier or Business account.
