Printing Firefox vs IE

I am hoping that someone will help me on this.
I use a thermal printer to print postage labels from Paypal using IE 7.
Recently I changed IE7 to Firefox. Now when I print the label, Firefox prints the label but very small ( shriked to almost 1/4 of the label). All the page setup options are same as IE7. If I print sample label the print is fine but when I print the actual label, this is very small.
What setting do I need to use for this?
