Best WP Themes for Site Flipping

I was wondering if I could get your opinions on your favorite WP themes that you use when flipping a website.

I've flipped a few sites recently but I made the sites with an html editor because I could find any WP themes that I thought good for promoting sales that can be used on a site that's being sold.

But I'd like to start using WP for my flipping sites because it's easier for the buyer to manage.

So any opinions on your favorite themes would be great.

flexibility theme, too bad now 2.0 he wants a license, otherwise he leaved his affiliate links in it.

Flexibility 1.0 my favorite still...wonderful theme.

The Revolution Themes seem to work very well for this.

John,

I have my own themes designed and I specify
that they must be editable using the CSS file.

That allows relatively easy changes to colours
and fonts, so the basic theme becomes quite
flexible.

You can then sell your blog sites knowing that
they are exclusive designs and price them on
that basis.

P.S. Don't forget you can also embed your own
links in the footer, sidebar, blogroll. etc.

I didn't realize that Revolution Themes could be used on sites that will be sold but now I see they can.
