Quick question about aweber auto responder!

Hello my friends,

I've a question about aweber. It's a simple, yet very important one:

When i broadcast a important massage ( like a download link to new free material made by me, to my prospects), of course i need to put the same message in my follow up message list, so people that sign up to my Newsletter in the future will be able to get the material that i just made aswell. But,when i do it...my older subscribers receive the broadcast AND the message that i put in my follow up list, right? Both of them talk about the same thing, and that's why this is a problem, because receiving two messages talking about the same stuff can be pretty annoying to the prospect, hiting badly the rapport that i'm building with them.

So... if it actually happens, what can i do to avoid it? How can i send to my subscribers new material and put it in my follow up message to my future prospects, with out making my older subs receive two messagens (the broadcast and the new follow up message) talking about the same subjects , every time?

Sorry, but I'm unclear with your issue. If you broadcast, then you send it to all subscribers on the particular list at the same time. If you then include it in your newsletter series (follow up message list), surely you will include it in an edition slotted into your weekly or whatever sequence, after the broadcast has been sent, but before the launch of your next regular issue. That way, all new subscribers will get it as part of their subscription, all in good time, but older subscribers will only have received the one-off broadcast.

      Or perhaps I have misunderstood.

If all else fails, I would suggest that you contact the Aweber Help Team, they are very good.

Just my thoughts and the best of luck with resolving your problem.

      Jeff.
