Make lots and lots of money

You could make a lot of money just
helping people set up their info
businesses...

I mean, I've been in this market
for years and have sold to
thousands of customers, and
have even had hundreds of
1on1 coaching students over
the years, and I can tell you
with great certainty that most
do not know how to set up
the basics of an online
info business.

I'm talking about helping
ambitious people in this
market set up:

-- a custom squeeze page
-- a custom sales letter
-- up-sells
-- an affiliate program
-- an auto-responder
-- auto responder sequences
-- product delivery and protection
-- hosting or a server
-- graphics, terms, etc
-- so much more

Most do not have a clue
how to set up all of that
stuff. And, they'd pay
for it.

You dont even need to be
successful already to help
them either.

The copywriting might be
tough to do for them, but
you could strike a deal
with a junior or top level
copywriter and refer them
to someone like that for
a cut (nice cut!)

You could make affiliate
commissions on all sorts
of things doing this too.

You could set up an
ongoing residual income
too, many ways to do so.

You could turn this into
a solid six figure income,
even if you are not
successful yet.

Of course, the little voice
in the back of your head
can show up and tell you
things like:

-- it's not passive income
or a set-it-and-forget it
income. It's a job or services
and am not interested.

-- it's work.

-- I dont think people will
buy that.

-- how can I even market
that, I'm new.

And so on. But, that little
voice is dead wrong, which
is too bad.

Because it's money... it's
in huge demand... and I
dont see a ton of people
doing it. Of course not,
they are busy chasing
passive income and set
it and forget it schemes.

Heck, you can look at
my bullet points up above
and turn that into a WSO
and I bet people would
buy it. A lot.

It's a service yeah, but
it's a business and it's
money and I know a lot
need money.

Most of the time my clients
ask me to refer them to
someone who can do this
or that, or all of it for them.

It's money, and it's just
sitting there. Just sayin'

There is so much potential in doing things like this.

Success comes from giving value to others... And far too many people in these parts just make it more difficult than it needs to be...

This is great advice for anyone willing to take it.

Heck, even my swimming pool cleaner asked me if he could pay me to help him set up an online business. Friends and family always contact me to help them or refer them to someone who can "set up" their latest, great, idea.

Take that and multiply it by about a billion people across the world, and you've got yourself a rocking and rolling business... with passive income too. There's many ways to turn this stuff into passive income. Many ways, here's one: Hosting and maintenance, edits and changes. Here's another: We'll handle your list for you... here's another: we'll create content for you... and there's about a thousand other passive income ideas found in there.

Of course, you'd have to sell your services. But that's with any business right? You've got about 10,000 different ways to market these services too. WSO's, JV's, Affiliates, Integration with about 75,000 "make money online" products out there who's customers ALL pretty much need these services... and so on.

A squeeze page client can turn into a full blown, up-sold, all inclusive client... with passive income and more. One server can handle how many sites and squeeze pages? Set up their Amazon s3 accounts for them.... geeze do you want me to go on?

Basically, MOST... and I mean... ****MOST**** do not know how to do ANY of this stuff and I mean ***ANY*** of this stuff. And, I'm even talking about people who have been in this market for years. No joke.

Another way of looking at it is this... I've never, not even once, set up my own products on ClickBank.com I dont even know how, never even really looked at how to do it, I've always paid for it. Since 2006.

I'm saying that, there's a TON of people who would rather pay someone to do that, than figure it out themselves, even if it is easy to do for YOU. There is a ton of opportunity here and if you look outside the brainwashed "set-it-and-forget-it" mindset that MOST brainwash themselves into, there's a galaxy of opportunity for those who are willing to do what the average people dont do.

      THE HERD.

      pays well.

And on the subject of copywriting...

If you're on a really, really tight budget and you can't afford the services of a top copywriter to help you, just...

        ...keep it simple.

Promise in your main headline a massive benefit. Make the offer irresistible. Write in very simple language. No technical jargon. Use a mixture of longer and shorter sentences to keep your readers interested.

Imagine your ideal prospect sitting across the table from you and engage with this person in a friendly inviting tone, just as you would if you were having a conversation with someone you know.

If it helps, cut a picture out of a magazine of a person who most closely resembles your target market and write to them as though you've known them well for 20 years.

Stir up just one core emotion. Emphasize one good idea. Share one captivating story which relates to the ultimate benefit in your main headline. And at the end, direct your prospects into a direct course of action of your choosing.

Remember... Rome wasn't built in a day. You are going to make mistakes writing out your sales copy for the first time. Don't worry about it. Don't fret the detail. When you've finished...

...simply post up a respectful request in the Copywriting Forum telling the other copywriters that this is your first ever time writing copy and could you please have some opinions from the more experienced copywriters there.

If you use that magic word 'please' in your title and say thank you appreciatively to each copywriter giving you their time and expertise freely, you'll be amazed at how much free advice will be given to you.

        Big thumbs up,

        Mark Andrews...

        And Eric,

Some of those service people don't have a lot of money to pay out but they do have their businesses set up and ready to go so barter can come into play if one so desires.

My neighbor's lawn service cut my grass for a couple of years in exchange for a website I set up. I got fatter off the BBQ and Mexican Food I got in exchange for some simple little one page websites.

With a Reseller's account from hostgator and a good imagination there is lots to do. So much opportunity and so little time.

Oh yea, I do accept cash when necessary.

Are we having fun yet? You Bet.

    Ah heck yeah, Eric.

I can do my own writing - I can do my own public relations. If you wanted me to actually do the technical set up of a squeeze page or a WP, I'd have a freaking meltdown. I had to hire a tech just to put my manuscript into a format that I could upload on Kindle.

Those of us with great product making skills are dead in the water without someone who can translate our stuff onto web pages or into kindle uploads, or other technical stuff. Literally. Doesn't help to be able to write a killer product if you can't get it online somehow. Trust me on that one.

Hey Eric, you really piqued my interest with this post. Can I axe you to elaborate, please?

I've done basically every aspect of online marketing, product creation (have several of my own info products), wordpress, amazon S3, membership plugins.

...Basically, if it's set-uppable, I can set it up. Well.

I have a long-running contract coming to an end and now that I'm in SE Asia and don't need to work like an American, your suggestion is scratching me where I itch. :-)

Any advice on finding clients, leads? ...Obviously I'll set up a services thread and WSO, but apart from that?

    Thanks!

        Okay...thinking....

These were mobile-optimized posts for 2011. He's making sure the post fits on the screens of mobile users every where.

        Sounds like a good practice.

Do you know of any 'best practice' style resource for this issue in 2013? I've been laboring under the assumption that emails are mobile friendly.

The smarter the phone, the less you need to do.

I could be wrong. Eric may have just wanted to type this one out this way because he wanted to .. never know.

If, and since I am, guessing I would also guess this was an email re-purposed. Smart

But back to optimized for mobile.

Most themes and email clients format for mobile now. Still, by breaking in short blocks, if the site you are using isn't compatible, it is easy to line these blocks up on the screen and then scroll.
