And I am stuck here..!!

Hello Warriors,
I am in planning to launch an ebook on relationship advice on my site....
As we know, I need some real reviews/testimonials for my upcoming product to get trust of visitors.(I have learned it from here, though this is my very first post...)
The problem is, If I will open my ebook to public for free review copies, It will get viral spread... and there will be lots of pirated copies on file hosting sites...
And I am stuck here...Now what to do??
How can I get decent amount of reviews without wasting my cup of tea...??

Regards,
Nirav Dave

I did this for a guitar product of mine. The way I did it was PM people on a forum relating to your product, and ask them to review it with an honest review, but please do not pass on to anybody else. Most people are honest and won't pass it on.

The thing is, if they did, then look at it this way, those people are getting your name out there for free, so you can turn it into an advantage. In reality, it probably won;t get passed around like wildfire, and it won't affect your sales.

You might want to bear in mind also the FTC rules with testimonials, they have come down hard on many websites over the past few months....especially if you have any plans to release it on CLickbank. I had to get rid of my testimonials, they were genuine and very good, but I didn't want to run the risk of getting my CB account closed.

    Cheers
    Phil

If you're worried then just start selling it, contact your buyers and ask them for testimonials and feedback (with the option to improve your product based on the comments) and then.... increase the price.

Thanks Big Al, I appreciate your helpful suggestion...
But I have a question about it....
How can we make sure that the buyer will come back for the feedback...??
I mean people won't come back until they NEED us, just like one won't put up inch-guard if they don't get irresistible inch...
      What do you say...??

Why can't you get some experts in your niche forum and send them a review copy in exchange of your comment and suggestion. it works for me that way.

If one has real testimonials and have proof of that, why he should afraid of clickbank policy...??
I think we should request a photo with the review to have proof... But it looks insufficient...
Can any one suggest How one can have proof for legitimacy of their testimonials??

You are right... I think I should try this one... But there may following problem. Generally, experts expect almost the best of best content to give better review... otherwise their review may become fault finding criticism... But thanks for your valuable suggestion...

Why don't you call up your local relationship/marriage counselors and ask them if they would like to check out your guide and offer their opinions? You get expert testimonials, and they get exposure for their businesses, which motivates them to say yes. It's also incredibly unlikely that any of them will leak your product online.

Sounds like you need to build some relationships yourself first and then decide who you'd like to review for you. :p
