Gee...uhhh... Help me Obie Wan!!!

Got a small problem that I need an automated solution for and I can't figure out how to do it...

When people get to my Thank You page (it's one of those pages that's protected and if you hit the back button, you cannot get back), if they screw up, they cannot get their downloads or sign into my membership area.

I have another page I put up that I can direct them to so they can get access to everything.

Unfortunately, I have to write them that email myself. That results in W-O-R-K that I don't want to have to do.

Is there some way I can use the Clicbnak notification so that they get an automatic response from SOMEWHERE that gives them this info?

I would appreciate any help and will return the favor by giving anyone who has the best solution FREE ACESS to my product.

    I was thinking of integrating the CB notification info with an autoresponse - not of buying a new product

    I was thinking like that or maybe having the CB info sent to my server's autoresponder. Anyone know how to do that?

      If exit pop-ups work for the 'back' button, you could install an exit pop-up script to give the visitor a warning that they will not be able to return to the page but to give you their name and email address for you to email them a 'reminder.' I'm not sure if 'exit pop ups' are an auto responder feature or not, but if you have an email client, you should be able to 'forward' that email directly to your autoresponder.

      Just a thought. I have no idea if it would be feasible or not as I have never used an exit pop up.
