Created a system after 4 months of hard work. Now, how to sell?

INTERNET MARKETING

First things first I am a programmer and I suck big time at marketing. About 4 months back I created a system which gives me now an inventory of 13,000,000+ dofollow low OBL (only 3 per page) backlinks categorized (into 27 common categories) backlinks spread over a number of different domains, IPs and whois owner info. I do not need to worry about fulfillment because they are mostly automated (I've done the ordering system) and the other good thing about these links is that they are not spam-mish.

Obviously I can use them to market my own sites (which I did for one of my ClickBank site and got (almost instantly) $1,000 in affiliate sales monthly, totally passive) or I can sell them. I am trending towards selling them because I have no interest in marketing be it affiliate or not.

My problem is simple: I can't write copy - totally. Now I have 2 choices:

1. Partner with some marketing guy to take care of the sales part.

2. Hire some warrior guru copywriter, designer and put together a converting sales page.

Also, I don't know how to price the product. So I REALLY need some serious advice from you gurus here. How do I start and what is your take?

  Automation is pretty straightforward here. The user places an order via a form indicating the category to target, the URLs and Keywords / Anchor Text (can accept variations i.e. spin), coupon code, and no. of backlinks to order (100 - 1000). After the system receives the payment notification from PayPal the system will automatically allocate the backlinks with the best possible spread amongst different domains (which is good for SEO) in that particular category, spinning the URLs and Keywords in the process.
  
  If there's ever a refund (I intend to provide money back), the system will remove the links once it receives the refund notification from PayPal. Basically the fulfillment system should be ok. Just that I would like to explore the possibilities of taking this thing to the market and doing some real selling.

My advice is to beta test it with few members here and take their opinion and tweak it before rolling to production.

pay a copywriter for a sales page and emails (the emails will be used for affiliate tools)

buy a custom minisite design

then sign up for jvnotify and post your prelaunch there

network with other affiliate marketers untils launch day

then cross your fingers your product becomes a hit

sell it for $47 with an upsell or recurring billing.

Thanks for the suggestion! I think I will give out some free review copies to ask for feedback as well as testimonials.

You are the backbone of the project, don't get pushed over by people who offer you a web page for 500$. You need a simple page with good copywriting and a simple video about the functionality of your system. Don't bother providing any reviews as from what you described your system will have no trouble selling... You can provide it at a lower cost for the first month to drive users, but you don't need leechers...

Anyhow good luck, it seems to me that your system will be a great success.

If you are no good at writing, there are plenty of people in this forum who will do it for you. Remember that you get what you pay for, so don't skimp out on it. It's worth it to pay a little extra just to get higher quality work.

I would just keep this little software all to yourself. Why not give affiliate marketing a try?? If you were able to create a site that earned $1000 per month using this system, then why don't you create more??

Aim to build 2 of these sites a month. In 1 year you will be earning $24,000 per month.

That is what I would do if I were you!

I've received several requests asking for more details on what my system is and how it works. Here goes:

My system will be able to place your backlinks over a spread of different domains (residing on different servers with different whois info). It is programmed to give you the best spread i.e. unique URLs from unique domains as much as possible. So for example if you order 100 backlinks in the category of "Video Games", it will spread your dofollow backlinks (spinning your keywords and URLs - deep links allowed) over 100 unique URLs from 100 unique domains. As far as I understand, this is usually better for SEO. The pages that the backlinks will be placed on have low outbound links (low OBL) i.e. there will only be a maximum of 3 sponsored links so your backlinks don't appear spammish.

The other good thing about the backlinks is that they are contextual. They are categorized into common categories e.g. Electronics, Video Games, Fashion and Apparel, etc. and ALL of them are product pages. I suspect they work wonders if you use them to promote Amazon affiliate stores. I use them for ClickBank and worked very well for me. Most pages are English and some in other languages, reflecting a natural spread worldwide (categories remain relevant).

The client will also receive a full report (sent automatically by the system) showing the exact URLs where the backlinks have been placed.

Now other than marketing, I am also really stuck at pricing. How much do you think this stuff is worth? Any money at all?
