How can i sell a domain

I have a review site based on a doctor i want to sell it to him. What is the best way to do this.

I know i can easily give him the files that i use in my ftp but how do i go about giving him the domain name? Switching the whois and all that jazz? DO i need to contact the registrar?

    Have him create an account at your registrar, and then push the domain to him. Make sure you have the money in your account before you do this, or use an escrow account.

    You can send him the domain by pushing it to him.

    and you should be given the option to push the whois to him or not.

    but what I would do if I were you...

    I would google "How to push a namecheap domain" or who ever your registrar is.

    and If you need a platform to sell your domain you can use Escrow or you can use paypal if the Doc has trust in you to send the domain to him

    Contact your hosting company, they demand a letter to tranfer name and some ducuments

    What is your hosting company? Let them do the transferring of files from yours to the new owner of the domain name.
