Facebook business page and personal account security problem... need some advice.

I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem but I've just opened a shopping/retail page on a Facebook account and am finding every time a private message is sent from that page the message defaults as being sent from the personal account holder rather than from the retail name.
At the top of the page you have the option of using facebook as the shopping/retail name or the personal account name and it is activating to use the trading name until you actually send a message or post on another page or wall then it just defaults back to the account holder, giving anyone who bothers to check the opportunity to access the private account wall and information.
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to stop/change this from happening as we feel it's not safe to let everyone who has access to the retail page to have access to the personal account.
If I send a person directly to the shopping/retail page and they like it, they have no access to any private information, the problem only occurs when a private message is sent from the page or if a post is added to someone else's wall. I hope this all makes sense to read and someone can help.

    Nope I'm not.
The shopping cart is absolutely irrelevant. It's the page and personal information I'm asking questions about. If I set up a page as a business or shopping/retail page and people who like that page only have access to the information on that page (protecting the private account holder) then why can't I send posts from that page, representing that business or shopping page. Instead it is defaulting to being sent by the account holder from their personal account, profile picture and details. How do you make it send private messages and posts from the business page without it defaulting.

I'll confess, that's beyond my area of experience. I know that I can use Facebook as a business page, mind you, but have never experienced what you have said. Hope someone else can help!

Or maybe FB itself can help:

Pages cannot communicate with their fans in the manner that you are describing.
You can post on other PAGES walls (if allowed) as your PAGE.
Your post is somewhat confusing as anyone that has access to your personal information is someone that you are already friends with so why the privacy issue?

    Thanks for your replies guy's.
I did some more hunting and actually came up with the answer Eddie has described, I really appreciate your response though.
Sorry if the post was a bit confusing, I found it a little hard to explain what I was trying to say, you kindly answered my question anyway.

      Hi marketers,

You have discuss good issues because i'm also facing that type of problem then for that time I can try change the password/ Username. Also change it in Facebook and then need to update each of the pages.

      Thanks
