What else can i offer to my list?

I'm working on a poker niche and i plan on making it a membership site. I have premade 4 ebooks that i'm gonna be selling but in order for my members to stay with me month after month, what do you guys suggest i can offer them?

    How big is your list? If it is large enough, you could leverage it to get some exclusive deals from a poker website. If it isn't large enough, try to find deals that various poker websites offer and mail them out. Include advice, question / answers from your list.

    If you need more content, include small teasers from your e-book. If you live near Vegas, check out tournaments where some of the "famous" players play, and be a reporter and send that out to your list.

    Just some ideas, mix, match, or ignore.

      Hi Donald,

      It seems like you are quite confused about what objective you want to obtain with your list.

      Do you want to have a website that members can sign in and form a community and then monetise it?

      Or

      Do you want to sell items to your list and get money from direct sells of info products?

      Personally I do play poker and am a member in a certain website. They earn money from my rake while at the same time offering first deposit bonus and educational materials. That is their income and costs respectively.

      If you want to sell them items, then you have to make sure the product you have made cater to a certain need the poker players would have. And that they are of a quality that people would repeatedly buy things from you.

        Basically, I want to sell them a recurring product, something that I can offer them that they'll like and at the same time, i'll be getting paid monthly. Ebooks cannot be recurring so that wouldn't work unless I promise to offer them Ebooks consistently. That's a different story.

    Turn the site into a membership site like a forum and offer the best tips out there, news about the industry, and more for them every week. This will keep people around if you build it up well enough.
