Default My first marketing consultation

A friend of mine works for his family business, They have an electrical company that specializes in alarms and PA systems. They had a few problems on their network and a couple printers weren't working. So I went over there and fixed everything for them. I only charged them $150 because I have been friends with his son for about 10 years. He was very pleased. Now ive decided to get into marketing consulltation and outsource all the tech stuff that I haven't grasped yet. So I figured since I have established a good relationship with them that they should be a prime target for my first customer. What i need is a little advice on what I should offer him. He has a nice website but im not sure if it is optimized. All I can tell is that he needs a capture mechanism and an autoresponder. Any advice on what I should offer him for his website? heres the link System Electronic Inc.
I want ti be prepared and blow him off his feet.

He is located in Prospect Park NJ. I'm also wondering on how i should price whatever you suggest. From my experience in his office i know that he brings in a lot of bacon because i overheard them pricing jobs and a lot of numbers between 50-100K were being dropped. Any info is appreciated. If you dont mind I'd like to know why you came to these conclusions so I can implement them into further sales.
