    Seriously, you need to give us some more info if you want a better answer...

    What niche is your site targeting? What kind of videos are getting the most views? How do you know most of your visitors are young males?

      You need to go dig into your analytics first. Knowing who your audience is really important before you promote them a product.

      Nevertheless, you can always promote 'general' CPA (cost per action) offers on your site if you don't want to go the targeted way.
