Question About Creative Commons
I am looking into selling a product that would include some squeeze page templates for beginner internet marketers to work with.
I have found a few different free squeeze page template downloads that have this creative commons license:
Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0
I am curious as to what exactly I can do as far as reselling them. In the license it says I can redistribute and share but, is that the same as reselling?
I have no problem giving credit to the authors of these templates and I have no intention of claiming them as my own works. I will end up making a note of where I got them and who the author is. I was just curious if it is legal to resell these as my own just for future reference.
Keep in mind I have no intention of ripping other peoples works from them and labeling them as my own. I am just curious exactly how I am legally bound by this creative commons license as I did download these templates for free.
