Google's First Result Is Always Amazon.com

I just noticed recently that for every search term I enter in Google Amazon.com is the first result.

I thought Google was making enough money from all the advertisers paying for ad spots (maybe this is what Amazon is doing). It's kind of irritating me, so I assume it will get on other people's nerves as well.

Do you think this is a bad move for Google? They seem less concerned about the user's experience now - maybe people will start using other search engines that can give them more relevant results.

Yeah that seems a little odd, I can't imagine google going against everything that they have built their business on. Which is relevance...

I have never had this problem. Must be and application you are using

Aha! That's the problem - thanks for letting me know. I'm turning that damn thing off ASAP.

LOL. Problem solved and Google still rules the world!

      John,

You obviously aren't running the software...it sticks out like a sore thumb - I mean a really bad sore thumb.
