How to create niche related websites ?

I am working on some niche websites now.The problem is as follows:
1.I have one niche site ( with primary key word: nice red car - for example) and I'd like to create some more niche sites relevant to this site..................How to proceed ?
-to create a new related website with different keyword/domain, but to include my primary keyword "nice red car" in the content,
OR,
- to create many niche websites with different domains /keyword and this keyword "nice red car" to be included in the new domains and content?
Is this mean relevant niche websites?
Also when I write articles to Ezine, how to proceed - Is it necessary the keyword "nice red car" to be included in every article I make ........OR.......?
