Great product. Bad Training?

I just purchased and downloaded another WSO. The information seems pretty good, but like many, many other products I've purchased, the the organization of the training materials is "not good to plain awful."

I'm trying to figure out why -- after going to all of the effort required to create an information product -- the product creators wouldn't take the time to do simple things like label the downloads with the correct name (so we can easily find them on our hard drives later).

Example:

Trainer: "Here is your fabulous Module 1 cheat sheet. Make sure you download it!"

Then, the cheat sheet is labeled: leicllsikr.pdf instead of 1CheatSheet.pdf

Same thing applies to video downloads and on and on.

Two questions:

1) Any ideas about why this happens?
2) Does anyone else find this frustrating?

    Just a thought...

1.) If you purchased the WSO, why not seek feedback on that thread, as opposed to posting it here... for it is in similar contrast as your very complaint... which is keep the content organized in it's perspective place.

Plus, what the hell advice might any of us give you here?... when the creator and other interested buyers may be a more 'rounded' group to take up this discussion?

2.) Frustrating..."Yes" - it appears everyone's placing junk in the wrong trunk these days!

Thus, I agree that delivering organized content is more valuable, and you should should make the creator aware of this, so s/he might learn from your feedback.

BTW - I rename 90% of files, so I can find them later. Right click, rename, simple fix.

    Just my 2 pesos.

I just rename them or put them in folders that identify them after I download them.

    Hi guys and gals!

I rename them too, but this is just one example of many disorganized product delivery systems I've seen. Don't get me wrong, I've seen some beautifully organized training programs...just trying to figure out why they are the exception, not the rule?

Good idea for me to directly notify the product creators, although I'll likely do so privately. (Posted this as a new thread, hoping that product creators in general might see it. Maybe some are not aware of the issue?)

Thanks as always for your input. Great forum. Great people.
