Anybody else having trouble with double posts?

I've posted replies a couple of times and a message will come up that says you have to wait 30 secs between posts. I don't think I post that fast, but hey no big deal right. However, twice now when I hit the repost button after the time limit I'll find out that it posted the first time and then again when I hit the repost button. Anyone else have this problem?
