Presently how many articles (max) could i submit in EzineArticles as an Expert author with a free account? And with the free account, can I include my site's link in those articles?

I haven't used EzineArticles in a long time, but according to another topic here, the limit is 25 but could have been raised as high as 300: warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/270469-ezinearticles-set-limit-number-articles-submission.html

Did you read the author Terms and Conditions at EZine? Surely that's a better place to look than asking here.

After 10 you get evaluated to become basic plus or platinum. If you make it to platinum, which basically means you didn't get any of your 10 articles denied when you submitted them, you get unlimited submissions.

Yes, you can put links to your own websites, but only in your resource box.

As Rosetrees has already mentioned, you should really take some time reading the Ezine Articles Terms of Service, Editorial Guidelines and also, their Blog.

So much misinformation is presented here on the WF from people who really don't know what they are talking about (not necessarily in this thread, but in general), it seems pointless asking here, when EZA have gone to such lengths to explain everything especially clearly themselves..

I've never had anything but a free account, and I have nearly 1,600 there now.

Don't believe everything you read in a forum.

Once you get to "platinum" (that's free) there's no limit on the number you can submit.

You get assessed for "platinum status" after 10 articles. If they change your status only to "basic plus" instead of to platinum, then it will be another 10, and so on until you get another appraisal, each time.

So, depending on your account status, but not depending on whether it's a free account or a premium (paid) one, the answer's either "10" or "unlimited".

    It isn't "25" and it isn't "300".

The "payment" component of the premium (paid) account has no connection with the number of articles you may submit.

The premium (paid) account affects how long it takes to get your articles reviewed by the staff.

I have a free account, and I always have had a free account there.

I have nearly 200 articles in their system.

    Hi Skyacme,

You can submit 10 articles, as stated above.

As for your question about whether or not you can include a link to your site in those articles, the short answer is 'no'.

The longer is that although it's stated in EZA's author guidelines that it's not allowed, they say themselves that it is. I wouldn't do it in the first 10 articles, though.

If you're a member of the War Room, I offer a free report in there about how to obtain Platinum Status after 10 articles. This book is not for sale, and I don't give it away elsewhere, so you can only get it from in there.

A short while ago, I noticed that Annie Pot has also written a report on that topic, and you can get it for free by joining her list.

You should get at least one of those books, if you want to make it easy for yourself. Reading the guidelines is a MUST, but it's NOT enough. They have a lot of rules that are not written down, and only long term writers with them know those rules.
