Fell behind on autoresponder - any way to get back on track?

I've been using Aweber for a while, but I got behind on my email interval a while ago. I set it up like that so I could write the emails at my own pace, provided I always stayed ahead of the first subscriber.
Well, I haven't done that and I don't know if I'm now destined to always do broadcast emails? Or will the most recently written email (today) somehow "catch up" to those who've not had one in a while simply because it's the most recent one?
I don't quite know enough about Aweber to get how it works when this happens. I don't want to have separate emails for the intervals and the broadcasts (to keep everyone else on board). I guess if I have to give up on the intervals and do all broadcasts, I will. Just wondered if there was a way to reset my list so it would all be on the proper interval again.
