What to do if affiiliate network does not pay you?

INTERNET MARKETING

I just got an email from a CPA network stating that one of the CPA offers I was promoting is not going to pay them, which means they will not pay me.

I have over 4000 Dollars of leads for them this month alone and need to pay over 2000 dollars in credit card PPC fees.

Has anyone else ran into this problem and can give any advice?

Which affiliate network?

I expect it's in their T&Cs. Might not stand up in UK court but you'd have to sue them to find out.

Your action depends on the reason the merchant aren't paying the affiliate company. If they've gone out of business there's not a lot anyone can do.

I am still trying to find the terms and conditions. I cannot believe this. I am still waiting to here back from them the reason why the merchant is not paying them

  If they're in the UK and I think they're just playing around, I just hit them with one of these: https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk It soon makes them realize I'm serious.
  
  But they are part of Kowabunga - a supposedly reputable US company.

I just got an email from them stating that the merchant said the offer actually was based on a PAID lead not just a lead. Which is totally falsified on their website as it says one page lead (nothing about paid) for this offer, in addition I have been accruing the payments on their system every day now showing I earned 4000 dollars, and i spent over 3000 on ppc.

I will try and call them when I get home and will use the website you say.

that is hard. but if they do not have the money to pay you.. well you cant get blood from a stone no matter how hard you try. this is also a nice lesson in not putting all your eggs in one basket, or all/most of your PPC funding into one CPA offer, or network for that matter.

keep pursuing it, but if you made that much money I suggest moving on while you wait for a response and try to recoup some of your losses with several different offers.

i hope everything turns out for you, or you at least get some of your PPC costs recouped.

Looks like this is a USA based company. Anyone know of any legal way I can move forward or could advise on any internet based law firm I could/should contact?

To be honest you can not really do anything much. The best way to deal with this would be to approach them in a gentle manner and try to resolve it in a peaceful way.

Wow, after all that you've been trhrough today they going to give you your money.

I was going to say to print out and take a screen shot of the offer you signed up for. As they hadn't gone out of business you can try and enforce it.

But it's all good so you don't need to worry anymore.

Has the deal changed for next month?
